Membership/Registration Information:


Please read this carefully to avoid complications with your TETA Convention registration.

TETA membership runs September 1 - August 31.

The deadline for Early Bird Discounted registration is Dec. 1. Those postmarked after Dec. 1 will be returned and the full convention fee of $175 will need to be paid on-site. Single Day registration is no longer available. Everyone must pay the full convention fee.

The Key Note Speaker, Annual Business Meeting and a special Student Presentation is scheduled for noon on Friday. You must be registered to attend. On-Site registration will begin at 5pm on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2010, and stay open until 8:30 pm. Registration will open at 7:30am on Friday. At Noon on-site registration will stop until the All-Convention event has concluded at 1pm. Only Pre-Registration will be available for pick-up between Noon and 1:00 pm.

Everyone who attends the convention must be a current member of TETA. If your membership is not current, you are required to pay membership dues at the time you send convention fees. This includes presenters, auditors, performers, convention workers, exhibitors, and participants of Auditions, DesignFest, and PlayFest. A separate entry form is required for Auditors, Audition participants, PlayFest participants and DesignFest participants in addition the registration form. Additional fees apply.

EVERYONE must fill out a 2010 Registration Form COMPLETELY; this includes the Student Code of Conduct Form for all High School students. Forms that are received without complete payment for both dues and convention fees or without Code of Conduct forms will be returned.

*If your HS is sending multiple students (more than two), all convention forms and code of conduct forms must be sent together. Payment does not have to come from the school or be in one form, but COMPLETE payment must be sent for all attending postmarked by Dec. 1 or it will be returned.

It is each individual's responsibility to make sure your school has the correct mailing address on your school's vendor list. Mailing your registration to an incorrect address may result in your being charged the full convention fee. TETA is not responsible for receiving payments mailed after December 1 and you will have to bring these forms and pay full fees on-site. We will no longer accept photocopies of checks mailed after the deadline or to the wrong address at on-site registration. Overages on school checks will not be refunded.

Institutional members must pay convention fees to attend the convention.

If you desire an Institutional or commercial booth, you must contact the exhibits chair for additional fees and forms or read the Exhibits section of this site.

PURCHASE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Check Acceptance Policy: Please make checks payable to TETA, INC. All checks must have the address pre-printed on the check. For personal checks you must include a phone # and Driver's License #. Temporary checks are not accepted. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

TETA can now accept VISA & MC payments. Use the Credit Card Form.

Refunds must be requested in writing no later than December. 1. Membership & application fees are not refundable. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for confirmation of receipt. No other receipt is issued before the convention. After December 1, there are no refunds for any reason, including circumstances beyond TETA's control. TETA TIN: 23-7120592
