Individual Reservations:
The 2011 convention will be held at the Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown, 1200 Louisiana Houston, Texas 77002. Individual Reservations may be made by going online at: 

Rooms will cost $ plus appropriate taxes for occupancy of one to four people. Deadline for making reservations is December 1, 2010. Reservations made prior to December 1 can be canceled by December 1 with no penalty. If you are unable to  make reservations online you should call 1-713-654-1234.

Please note: A DEPOSIT OF THE FIRST NIGHT'S room and tax for EACH CONFIRMED room will be due from the individual at the time of booking and must be paid by credit card ONLY. All deposits for individual reservations are fully refundable if canceled by December 1, 2010. Cancellations received after December 1, 2010 will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and may result in a further charge for ALL committed room nights. A valid American Express, Diners Club, Visa or MasterCard number and expiration date will be needed for hotel deposit.

Group Reservations:
May be made by faxing or mailing the Group Room List form to:           , Deadline for Group reservations is December 1, 2010. Reservations made prior to December 1 can be canceled by December 1 with no penalty.

Please note: A DEPOSIT OF THE FIRST NIGHT'S ACCOMMODATIONS for each of the confirmed rooms will be due from the institution fourteen (14) dates after room is confirmed by the hotel (school checks only). Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be charged the first night's room and tax at the time of booking. All deposits for group reservations are fully refundable if cancelled by December 1, 2010. Cancellations received after December 1, 2010 will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and may result in a further charge for ALL committed room nights.

Institutions bringing students should send the Hotel Group Room List form to the Hyatt. This form will be used to list all students in each room, and will allow the hotel to use this document in the case of an emergency. By sending the form in advance, the Hyatt will already have the appropriate number of room keys made for each room before your arrival. EACH secondary student is required to submit the TETA Student Code of Conduct Form with their registration. Students who do not have such will not be allowed to be in either sleeping rooms or any TETA convention space.
